Please note that we do not assume responsibility for delays. Factors such as port congestion, freight shipping capacity restrictions, customs clearance, vessel delays, adverse weather conditions, and overloaded postal systems are beyond our control and may contribute to package delays. While we can monitor your package in transit, we lack the capability to expedite the courier's process, as they operate independently within their systems over which we have no authority.
Please note the following terms regarding shipping and delivery:

In-Transit Orders: Refunds are not available for items that are still in transit.

Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Reshipment Fees: In the event an order is returned due to an incorrect address, all reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Order Changes & Cancellations: Because our shipping process is highly automated to ensure fast dispatch—often within one hour of purchase—we are unable to accommodate address changes or order cancellations once an order has been placed.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees once the shipment reaches the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Please note that customs authorities may delay, hold, or refuse to release packages. We have no control over these processes and are not responsible for orders that are delayed, held, or rejected by customs. If your order is refused or returned due to issues with customs, shipping charges and any associated fees are non-refundable.
