Our complimentary shipping option typically requires approximately seven days for delivery; however, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. While delays are infrequent, they remain a possibility.

Please note that we do not assume responsibility for delays. Factors such as port congestion, freight shipping capacity restrictions, vessel delays, adverse weather conditions, and overloaded postal systems are beyond our control and may contribute to package delays. While we can monitor your package in transit, we lack the capability to expedite the courier's process, as they operate independently within their systems over which we have no authority.

We do not give refunds on items still in transit. We do not assume responsibility if the customer provides an incorrect address. Customer will be responsible to pay all fees accrued from the reshipment of that order.  Address modifications or order cancellations are not possible once an order has been shipped.
